Upgrades to Salesgenie were made for several reasons, including:

- Salesgenie has made product improvements that are specifically designed to enhance performance within their platform. These improvements include increasing the site speed, resulting in a smoother and more efficient user experience.
- Technical updates allow Salesgenie to stay up to date and compatible with the latest operating systems and browsers.
You’ll discover a more intuitive and user-friendly user interface! Our enhanced design and improved navigation make finding your perfect leads faster and easier, saving you valuable time and effort.
The updated version of Salesgenie will be available to customers late 2023. Current Genie customers will be notified 30 days prior to the update.
Nothing! Your account will be automatically updated. Customers will be notified prior to their account being updated via email.
We understand the significance of uninterrupted service, we are scheduling upgrades during off-peak hours to reduce the impact on your productivity. Any necessary maintenance windows will be communicated to you well in advance.
As part of this update, we’re retiring the current version of Salesgenie. We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, but we assure you that the new version offers significant benefits and improvements that will enhance your overall experience.
Yes! We’ve taken great care to ensure a seamless transition. All your existing data, including any saved lists, will be available in your updated account. You can pick up right where you left off.
All you need is internet access! There are no additional system requirements or software installations, meaning you can access Salesgenie from any device with an internet connection. It’s that easy.
When your Salesgenie account has been upgraded, you will need to update your password as we are implementing stronger standards to better protect your account. Your username will remain the same and you can continue to login through the website DataAxleGenie.com.
Please note that our current 3rd party integrations will not be compatible. However, we are actively working to make them available in later releases.
In future releases, we will be introducing seamless integrations with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and Client API (Application Programming Interface). This means you will be able to connect and sync data effortlessly between Salesgenie and these popular tools.
